I hurt in places I didn't know I could. The attachments from my shoulder joint ache whenever I touch them. I think I need to plug in my heating pad and put it behind my lower back and drink some Aleve with orange juice.
Fidel and Geveviv came today. Delfina is in Acapulco with the first granddaughter. Geneviv is young, very industrious and I think I was trying to keep up with her and I'm at least 30-40 years older.
Most of the floors in the house are clear now, for the first time since the water damage, or before. Don't ask about the tables or any table tops; can't see one. At the "stuff" is, however, up off the floor, so no, won't have to bend over to pick anything up. My bedroom is just beautiful. Sleep after this much work will come easy, especially with a couple of Aleve. Kitchen sparkles, all toilets, bathrooms and tubs. Geneviv is great.
What did I learn today? How to take fat I've drained from bacon into corelle cups by opening a small garbage bag. From the outside, scoop all the fat into my hand through the bag. Move around the bag and do it again. Then, hold the small bag at the top and stroke the fat down to the bottom. Tie the sucker shut. Mission accomplished.
